Marcia Rupp, Co-President | Marcia Rupp, Manager, Volunteer Services, PHCI marcia.rupp@phci.org | 262-928-5900 Marcia has worked with volunteers for the past 8 years and has been a member of WADVS for 4. Her favorite part of WADVS are the friendships and relationships with other WADVS members. It’s wonderful having a network of friends in the healthcare volunteer industry to collaborate with. Marchi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and Master’s in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University – Milwaukee. Her most notable achievement was serving on the AHVRP Annual Conference Planning Committee in 2018. |

Her favorite aspect of WADVS is the networking, hearing what others are doing in their programs, being on the board and the friendships made. Peggy has been with ProHealth Care for 25 years and is a member of SHVL. One of Peggy’s most notable achievements is passing the CAVS exam. |
Susan Senglaub, Immediate Past Co-President | Susan Senglaub, Manager, Volunteer Services at Holy Family Memorial in affiliation with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Susan has worked with volunteers for the past 24 years. She has been a member of WADVS for the past 20 years. Her favorite aspect of WADVS is networking, sharing best practices, and the friendships made. Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Illinois University. One of Susan’s most notable achievements is earning her CAVS, Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services. |

Her favorite aspect of WADVS is meeting and networking with so many wonderful people who share the same passion and understanding of what you deal with on a day-to-day basis. I have learned so much with being a member and board member of WADVS. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Management from UW-Stevens Point. Tammy Koger, Secretary & Auditing | Tammy Koger, Volunteer Services Manager, Marshfield Medical Center – Rice Lake & Ladysmith koger.tammy@lakeviewmedical.org | 715-236-6255 Ext: 46255 Tammy has worked with volunteers for the past 25 years and has been a member of WADVS for the past 19 years. Tammy has served as the NWWI Representative, Reflection and Recognition chair, Co-president, and is now our secretary. Tammy’s favorite aspect of WADVS is the sharing of ideas and tools to ensure our volunteer programs are continually growing and improving and the long-lasting friendships that have come from being a part of WADVS. Tammy started at what was then Lakeview Medical Center 1996 as a certified nursing assistant in the Home Care department, just as the Hospice program was being started. She assisted with the creation of the hospice volunteer program which led to serving as the coordinator of hospice volunteer and bereavement services. In 2011, Tammy began working with the volunteer partners and became the manager of the Volunteer Services Department. Tammy’s most notable achievements include receiving her CAVS certification and the many relationships cultivated with hospice volunteers and volunteer partners over the past 25 years. |

Her favorite part of WADVS is networking, learning from others, and sharing resources through “Ask the Director”. Theresa earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from UW La Crosse and worked in Human Resources for 21 years prior to entering the world of volunteer services. Her most notable achievement is starting volunteer roles from scratch and growing them into successful programs. |
Jennifer Klein, Northwest Regional Representative | Jennifer Klein, Director- Volunteer Services, Mayo Clinic Health System, Northwest Wisconsin klein.jennifer@mayo.edu | 715-838-1735 Jennifer has worked with volunteers for 15 years and has been a member of WADVS for the past 8 years. Jennifer’s favorite part of WADVS is – Everything. I love the people, I love the resources, such as “Ask the Director’, I love the board, and I love the purpose. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources and a Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in health care. Jennifer’s most notable achievements include passing the CAVS exam, implementing EPIC transport for the STEP Force volunteers, and presenting at the AHVRP conference in 2019, and serving as your co-president. |

Carrie loves the networking, support, and the friendships she has made while being a part of WADVS. Carrie has worked for SSM Health St. Clare Hospital for 29 years doing medical transcription for 15 years, as well as being the scheduling supervisor for the Child Care Center associated with the hospital for 6 years. Carrie was honored to be the recipient of the Rural Wisconsin Health Ambassador Award for SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in 2017 in her role as the Volunteer Coordinator. |
Megan Hughes, Southeast Regional Representative | Megan Hughes, Volunteer Services Manager, Children's Wisconsin, Milwaukee mhughes@childrenswi.org | 414-266-2187 Megan has had the privilege to lead volunteer operations at Children’s Wisconsin for the last 10 years. She has been a member of WADVS since 2018, board member for three years and deeply values the opportunity to connect with peers around best practice for our body of work. After earning her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communications and Family Systems and Diversity at the University of Minnesota, Megan completed her Practical Nursing degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Megan’s notable achievements include: receiving her CAVS certification, serving as JCC co-chair for Kidshare, and speaking at Beryl Institute and Business Resource Intelligence (BRI). When Megan is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Megan’s coffee cup is always half full and she requires a chocolate truffle with breakfast for daily effectiveness. |

Keri’s favorite elements of WADVS are networking with an amazing group of volunteer professionals, serving on the Board of Directors, and the incredible friends I’ve made. Keri holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from UW OshKosh, is a member of Beryl Institute and Society for Healthcare Volunteer Leaders. Keri’s most notable achievements include her CAVS certification and presenting at the 2016 WADVS annual conference. |
Barb Van Egtern, Recruitment & Retention Committee Chair | Barb Van Egtern, Manager – Business Operations for SSM Health Barb has worked with volunteers for the past 10 years and has been a member just as long. Her favorite part of WADVS is the networking with the members, and of course the friendships that come with! Barb attended UWFDL and has worked for Agnesian Healthcare for 34 years. Barb oversees over 700 volunteers throughout 3 hospitals, hospice and acute care settings. Barb received the 2020 Mission in Motion award for her work with the front-line associates and volunteers at the SSM GFDL region. However, Barb’s greatest joy is spending time with her 3 granddaughters! |
